Coffee you like, arriving on a rhythm you set, at a lower price than buying it one bag at a time. That is the whole thing. It is a subscription, we are going to call it that, and then we are going to make it easy to leave.
What you get
11% off every bag, every time. Not an introductory rate that quietly ends after two boxes. The subscriber price is the price for as long as you stay.
The tasting card. Every coffee has one: a printed card with the region, the process, the roast, what it is good for and how we drink it. It comes in the box, not as a PDF.
A welcome pack with the first order. A mug, a set of stickers and the manifesto postcard.
Free shipping. Shipping is already free for everyone, on every order, with no minimum. It is not a subscriber perk and we are not going to dress it up as one.
How it works
1. Pick the coffee and the grind. Any of the ten, whole bean or ground. No mystery box, and you are not stuck with the one you started on.
2. Pick how often. Every two weeks, every month, or every two months. If you drink a cup a day, a 12 oz bag lasts roughly two and a half weeks, so most people start monthly and adjust.
3. Every order is roasted on demand. Nothing is roasted in advance and held for you in a box with your name on it. Each order goes to the roastery when it is due.
4. You are charged per order. Not up front, not for a year. Each order is charged when it is placed, and the next date is on your account page.
Changing your mind
Skip an order. One click from your account page, up until it goes out. Nothing is charged and the rhythm continues after it.
Change the coffee, the grind or how often. Same page, same click, any time. Changes apply from the next order.
Cancel. One click, any time before the next order is placed. No email, no phone call, no retention offer, no discount thrown at you on the way out. We would rather you leave easily than stay by accident.
Why we run it this way
Most coffee subscriptions are built so that you forget you have one. The cancel link is buried, the price creeps, the coffee is whatever needed moving that week. We would rather build the opposite: you know what is coming, you know what it costs, you know the date, and leaving takes one click.
It is the same idea as the bag. Everything on the label, nothing behind it.
Subscriptions open with the first roast. Until then every coffee is available as a one-off order.
