Brega Coffee is a brand operated by Klazify, Inc., 651 N Broad St, Middletown, DE 19709, United States. In these policies "we", "us" and "Brega Coffee" mean Klazify, Inc.

Cost

Free shipping on every order to every address in the United States. No minimum, no threshold, no code to remember. Sales tax is added where we are required to collect it and is shown before you pay. Nothing is added after.

Timing

Your coffee is roasted after you order it. The order reaches the roastery the same day, is roasted and packed within a few business days, and then ships. Most orders arrive within a week of ordering. You get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is scanned.

Where we ship

All fifty states plus the District of Columbia, to street addresses, apartments and PO boxes. We do not ship outside the United States yet.

Deliveries

Coffee is shelf stable and the bag is sealed with a one-way valve, so a day on the porch will not ruin it. If a parcel is marked delivered and it is not there, tell us within seven days and we will send another one.

Address mistakes

If you gave us the wrong address, tell us before it ships and we will fix it for free. If it has already shipped, we will help you chase it, and if it comes back to us we will resend it once at no charge.
