Brega Coffee is a brand operated by Klazify, Inc., 651 N Broad St, Middletown, DE 19709, United States. In these policies "we", "us" and "Brega Coffee" mean Klazify, Inc.

These are the terms of buying from bregacoffee.com. They are meant to be read, so they are short.

Ordering

An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we send you the confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order, we cancel it and refund it in full, and we tell you why.

Prices are in US dollars and include everything except sales tax, which is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping within the United States is free on every order, with no minimum.

We may correct obvious pricing errors. If a bag is listed at a price that is clearly wrong, we will contact you before charging you, and you can confirm at the right price or cancel.

Roasted to order

Every bag is roasted after you place your order. That is the point of the brand and it has one consequence: once a bag has been roasted for you, we cannot resell it, so we cannot take it back simply because you changed your mind. If we got something wrong, that is different and it is covered by the refund policy.

Accounts

You can buy without an account. If you create one, keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else is using it. We may close an account that is used for fraud or abuse.

The Bloc

Membership renews automatically at the frequency you choose until you cancel. We email you before every renewal. You can change, skip or cancel from your account page at any time before the next order is placed, in one click. Cancelling stops future orders; it does not refund coffee that has already been roasted and shipped.

What we promise and what we do not

We promise that what is printed on the bag is true, that the coffee is roasted after you order it, and that we will fix our mistakes. We do not promise that you will like a particular coffee, and taste is not a defect.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under US consumer protection law, and nothing here excludes liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

Content

The Brega Coffee name, the label design, the photography and the text on this site are ours. You are welcome to quote or link to them. You are not welcome to copy the label design onto a bag of your own.
