How to brew it
Drip or a moka pot, a little coarser than usual. Good with milk, better than it sounds black.
This bag is ground to a medium drip grind, which suits drip machines and most pour-overs. For espresso, moka pot or French press, choose Whole bean above and grind it yourself: one grind cannot serve every method.
Filter coffee is at its best roughly 5 to 21 days after roasting, espresso about 10 to 30 days. Keep the bag closed, at room temperature, away from light.
