A fully washed Guatemala from Antigua, grown between 1,200 and 1,616 m by smallholder farmers on volcanic loam. Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra and Typica. Roasted medium. Dark chocolate, bright fruit and butterscotch.

In the cup

Dark chocolate, bright fruit and butterscotch. Sweetness and acidity in balance, which makes it the best coffee in the range for working out what you actually like.

Working out what you actually like.

How to brew it

Any method. This is the one to brew twice, once at 60 g per litre and once at 70, and keep whichever you preferred.

This bag is ground to a medium drip grind, which suits drip machines and most pour-overs. For espresso, moka pot or French press, choose Whole bean above and grind it yourself: one grind cannot serve every method.

Filter coffee is at its best roughly 5 to 21 days after roasting, espresso about 10 to 30 days. Keep the bag closed, at room temperature, away from light.
